My tour is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts, nature lovers, and those interested in cultural experiences. It combines a Sun Downer, adventure, education, and breathtaking scenery, making for a memorable journey through some of Kenya’s most iconic destinations. Maasai mara, home to an incredible array of wildlife including the Big Five. L. Naivasha amazing freshwater lake for boat rides & crescent island walk lastly Elephant Orphanage where you will learn about elephants conservation efforts.

Itinerary
Pick up point will be at the airport / residence area or hotel around Nairobi. You will meet up with our tour guide/driver together with our professional tour agents all dressed in their uniforms. The journey takes approximately 5-6 hours depending on traffic. As you drive out of Nairobi, you'll begin to see the Great Rift valley, a significant geological feature, take some pictures as you enjoy the breathtaking view. Continue with your journey & watch picturesque views of rolling hills & open savannah. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife along the roadside, especially as you get closer to the reserve. Check in, Have lunch, take a 30 minutes break, head over to the Village.
The visit offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture& traditions of the Maasai people. It will be a chance to engage with a community that has preserved heritage in a rapidly changing world. Dinner & Overnight in the lodge.
Enjoy your breakfast at 6:00Am, Pass by at the reception and pick your picnic lunch boxes. For your full day game drive make sure you dress warmly & carry things like sunscreen, cameras & hats. Morning hours are the best time to see predators like lions, leopards & cheetahs, as they are most active during cooler hours. The guide will drive around as you explore various reserve areas. Keep an eye out for the Big Five lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards and rhinos. Spot other wildlife like warthogs, impalas, antelopes, gazelles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras & many more. See the boarder between Kenya & Tanzania take some pics as you find a spot at the Mara river for your picnic lunch.
Continue with your game drive, Head out for another round of wildlife spotting and look for animals returning from waterholes as the sun sets. Afternoon hours will also be a perfect time to see animals like cheetahs hunting. Capture beautiful photos. Dinner & overnight in the lodge.
The second day ensures a memorable experience. After breakfast, Check out & head to your next lodge. Check in, Pick your picnic lunch boxes at the reception. This will be a day to explore different ecosystems. Keep an eye out for lions resting or hunting, Elephants grazing in the grasslands or cheetahs in open areas or tree branches. Spot various bird species, particularly raptors & migratory birds, As you look out animals like the African wild dog or rhinos depending on your location.
Spot a designated picnic spot for lunch & enjoy your packed lunch while taking in the sights & sounds of the savanna. Continue with the game drive & watch animal behavior like nursing mothers with their young or territorial displays among males. In the afternoon enjoy your sundowner with drinks as you watch the sunset. This is a chance to relax & take in the stunning views as day transitions into night.

The journey from Maasai Mara to Naivasha is a beautiful transition from wildlife - rich savannahs to the lush landscapes of Lake Naivasha. Check out of the lodge after breakfast, Make sure you carry all that belongs to you, Board our jeep and head to Naivasha a journey that takes about 5-6 hours. Arrive in the hotel, Check in, have lunch, relax for 20 minutes and head over for your boat ride & Crescent Island walk. Boat ride typically offers a unique perspective of L. naivasha and its diverse wildlife. During the boat ride you will be able to see large population of hippos lounging in the water and different bird species. The boat guide will share information about the lake's ecology. Conclude your Naivasha exploration with a Crescent island walk which is a wildlife sanctuary, offering a unique opportunity to walk among wildlife in a safe & controlled environment. Enjoy the sounds of nature as you walk among giraffes, zebras & antelopes. Back to the lodge for dinner & Overnight.
This will be the last day of your tour but before your drop off you will have an extra exploration in Nairobi at David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Kindly note that lunch will be at your own cost. Check out of the hotel after your heavy breakfast and depart to Elephant orphanage a journey that takes around 3 hours only. Once you arrive at David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust be prepared to watch the baby elephants being fed with milk, After feeding the elephants often enjoy a mud bath, which is both entertaining and essential for their skin protection against the sun & insects. Each elephant has a unique story and the caregivers will share anecdotes about their backgrounds, which often include the circumstances of their rescue. Before leaving you might prefer to go to the gift shop where you can purchase souvenirs, such as elephant themed items, books and other conservation merchandise.
